Delivery across the UAE
Timings
- Dubai and Sharjah: next working day
- Abu Dhabi and Ajman: 1 to 2 working days
- Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2 to 3 working days
Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch on Fridays.
Cost
Delivery is free on every order. There is no surcharge for cash on delivery.
How delivery works
Once your booking deposit is paid, we reserve the piece and send you a tracking link. The courier calls before arriving so you are not caught out. You inspect the item, then pay the remaining balance in cash or by card on the courier terminal.
If you are not at home
The courier makes two attempts and holds the parcel for three days. Tell us a better time and we will rebook at no cost. If the item comes back to us undelivered after that, the booking deposit is retained.
International
We ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman on request, paid in full in advance. Cash on delivery is available inside the UAE only. Contact us for a quote.
